It seems to have become a custom to go to Winterlishous every February with Auntie Corinne. I think I might have gone almost every year with her since I came here for AI... so 2005? It might have been the year after that... and Auntie Corinne really kicks Winterlishous butt with like 4 or 5 restaurants every year. This year she went out with us yesterday, has lunch somewhere tomorrow, dinner on Saturday and dinner on Monday.
We went to Benihana, witch is a teppanyaki restaurant like we had on the cruse. I have photos but they are on Stefan's camera still. It was fun and tasty. But not very showy. The only thing he did was make a onion Volcano. Which is cool but one cool thing doesn't make your food value the prices that are on that menu. It is worth the Winterlishous price but not the normal price. I feel bad for the other two people at our table who weren't having Winterlishous... they probably paid almost as much as us and didn't get as much food.
If you are interested in checking out teppanyaki it is really neat. I liked Benihana but it really could have been way showy-er and don't bother if it's not Winterlishous... your better off going on the Epic to try it than waisting the money it would cost.
